Hey, y'all!

We're Kevin and Leah and we don't have it all figured out. Instead, we're two people who love each other enough to try.

We've known each other nearly as long as we've known ourselves, since we were three years old, and spent most of those years as friends (Leah, always a matchmaker, was the one who helped Kevin pass notes to his then-girlfriends in elementary school). We started dating in 2008 and married in 2011.

Kevin works in marketing and Leah works in the health and wellness industry, sometimes dabbling in her journalism/public relations roots from time to time. Part of us wishes we could say we enjoy skydiving together, whipping up fabulous meals every night and engaging in some awesome — and sometimes dangerous — adventures every weekend. In truth, we both get super giddy inside bookstores, analyze brand strategies for fun, eat a lot repeat dinners that require minimal prep and enjoy cuddling on the couch while catching up on our favorite shows. But before you write us off completely as nerds, we do go on adventures and look forward to experiencing more of them as time goes on. The thing is, we're best friends so everything together is an adventure. Our biggest adventure to date: We recently moved from our hometown, Nashville, Tenn., to the Atlanta, Ga. area where we're discovering what it's like to start everything from scratch. 

The Honest To Goodness blog is our take on everything we've learned so far as a couple and as friends. It's part lifestyle blog, part advice column and a whole bunch of learn-it-as-you-goness. It's us celebrating the unknown, enjoying each other and passing along little tidbits that have worked for us and our relationship.
